terms, refunds, privacy and contact
draft, pending approval. the wording of this page is not final: Impossible Labs AI LLC has yet to approve it, and it may change before then.
what you agree to when you buy a farmhealth scorecard, when your payment is refunded, what we keep of your data and for how long, and how to reach us.
terms
who sells. Impossible Labs AI LLC, a California limited liability company (California secretary of state file number B20250412332), at 3790 El Camino Real #750, Palo Alto, CA 94306, sells every farmhealth scorecard and runs this site: "we" on this page. write to us at admin@impossiblelabs.ai.
what you buy. a scorecard of the hyperliquid wallets you enter: a report made from their public data, paid for once through stripe checkout, at the price of the plan you pick. there is no subscription and no account.
informational analytics on public data. a scorecard is made from public data alone (hyperliquid's api, and the hyperevm explorer and rpc), as those sources answer when it is made. it is informational analytics, not eligibility, financial or tax advice. those sources can be incomplete or wrong, and so can a scorecard made from them.
only wallets you may analyze. enter only wallets you control, or that you are authorized to analyze by whoever controls them. we do not check whose they are: by buying, you confirm that you control each one, or are authorized to analyze it.
where we sell. until Impossible Labs AI LLC registers for them, we do not sell to buyers billing in a country that taxes digital services from a seller abroad from the first sale: the European Union's 27 member states, Monaco, the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man, and Albania, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Belarus, Chile, Colombia, Egypt, Georgia, India, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Korea (South), Mexico, Moldova (the Republic of), Morocco, North Macedonia, Oman, Peru, Russia, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, Uzbekistan and Vietnam. checkout refuses them. an order paid anyway with a billing address in one is not delivered: we refund it in full.
sanctions. by buying, you confirm that you are not in, nor ordinarily resident in, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea, Donetsk or Luhansk regions of Ukraine; that neither you nor anyone you buy for is named on a US sanctions list (the US Treasury's list of specially designated nationals, OFAC's SDN list, among them); and that no wallet you enter is on one. checkout refuses a wallet on OFAC's SDN list, and a buyer billing in, or connecting from, Cuba, Iran, North Korea or Syria. an order paid anyway with a billing address in one of them is not delivered: its payment is refunded only as US sanctions law allows.
delivery. once stripe confirms your payment, we make your scorecard and put a download link on your order page, the page stripe sends you back to. each link works for 72 hours, and the order page gives a fresh one each time you open it: keep its address, and share it with no one, as whoever has it can download your scorecard. if it leaks, write to admin@impossiblelabs.ai: we replace it, and the old one stops working. your scorecard can be downloaded for 35 days after it is delivered: then it is deleted (privacy, below). we send no email.
the whole site. these terms cover every page of farmhealth: every scorecard, and the free tools (the ev panel, the claim link checker, the claim deadlines, the campaign pages and the aster page). using any of it is agreeing to them.
independent analytics. farmhealth is independent analytics of public data: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Hyperliquid, Aster, StandX, Polymarket or any other project it names. it gives no access to Hyperliquid or to any exchange, holds no funds, and makes, places or advises on no trade. you follow the terms of every platform you use, and the laws that apply to you: a scorecard is no way to trade, or to take part in any program, where you may not.
no use to get around a program's rules. you may not use a scorecard, or anything on this site, to get around any program's eligibility rules or its checks for linked or duplicate wallets, nor to expose, track or harm whoever controls a wallet.
who may buy. you must be 18 or older, and able to make a binding contract, to buy a scorecard.
as is. the site and every scorecard are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied (of accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a purpose among them), as far as the law allows: the public sources they rest on can be wrong or incomplete, and so can what is made from them.
our liability. as far as the law allows, what we owe you for anything arising from the site or a scorecard is limited to what you paid for that scorecard, and, for the free tools, to US$10. we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, nor for a loss of crypto assets, of an airdrop or of a trade's gains.
your rights as a consumer. nothing in these terms takes away a right the law gives you as a consumer that cannot be waived, a remedy for a faulty scorecard among them. you ask for your scorecard to be made at once, as you agree on stripe checkout's page: where the law gives you a right to cancel a purchase of digital content, it ends once your scorecard is delivered.
the law that applies. these terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without its rules on conflicts of law. a dispute goes to the state or federal courts in California, but either of us may take a claim to a small claims court where it qualifies.
refunds
a scorecard that cannot be made is tried again; while it is held up, your order page says it is delayed, and once the order is refunded, it says so.
refunded on its own, about a day after. if your scorecard still cannot be delivered for a reason on our side (an outage of the public sources it reads, or, for a plan about an airdrop campaign, the campaign closed), our worker gives it up once the order has been held up for 24 hours, and asks stripe to refund your payment in full, without you asking, unless it is delivered first. it can only do so for a payment stripe recorded with your checkout, with the worker's access to our stripe account: where either is missing, a person refunds you instead, as below.
refunded by a person, within 5 business days. a person at Impossible Labs AI LLC refunds in full, within 5 business days, every other order that cannot be delivered: one whose wallet list cannot be used (unless it is corrected first), one paid with a billing address in a country we do not sell to for its tax (where we sell, above), and one whose refund stripe refuses, or that fails once stripe has made it (counted from when it failed). an order paid with a billing address in a country under US sanctions is not delivered either: its payment is refunded only as US sanctions law allows (sanctions, above). your order page says how your order stands meanwhile.
a data error: refunded on request. if your scorecard shows a figure its public sources do not bear out, write to admin@impossiblelabs.ai within 14 days of its delivery, naming your order reference and the figure: we refund you in full within 5 business days, and the scorecard's download link stops working.
reaching you. once stripe has made a refund, it can take a few business days to reach your card or account: that is stripe's and your bank's time, not a deadline for the whole refund.
a full refund, or a dispute of the payment, ends the order: its scorecard can no longer be downloaded.
privacy
Impossible Labs AI LLC decides what is kept of your data, and why: write to admin@impossiblelabs.ai about any of it.
your order
your order is the wallet addresses you entered (and, should a person correct its wallet list, the ones it had before) and the plan, with what stripe tells us of your payment: your email, the amount, and stripe's references for your checkout and your payment. your scorecard is kept with it, as your downloads come from there, and so is a note of what went wrong should making it fail, which can name your wallets (its delivery clears it). 35 days after your scorecard is delivered, we delete it, and everything of yours your order holds: your email, your wallet list (and any wallet a person took out of it), and any note of what went wrong. an order that ends without a scorecard (refunded, disputed, or its payment failed) goes the same way 35 days after it ends. what we keep of it then is stripe's references to your checkout and payment, the plan, the amount and the dates: never your email, your wallets or your scorecard. an order neither delivered nor ended yet is kept as long as it is open: it may yet be delivered or refunded. a checkout you start and do not pay for goes 35 days after you started it, its wallet list with it.
your payment
stripe takes your payment: your card or bank details go to stripe, never to us. stripe collects your billing address too: we read only its country, to refuse one where farmhealth is not sold, and keep it only in the note of what went wrong of an order not delivered for it, deleted with the order's other data. your wallet list stays with us: stripe gets only a reference to your checkout, never your wallets. what stripe takes of your payment, it keeps under stripe's privacy policy.
sanctions screening
checkout compares the wallets you enter with a copy of OFAC's public SDN list that our server keeps, refreshed each week: nothing is sent anywhere for it, and nothing of the check is kept. on vercel, our host, checkout also reads the country your request comes from, which vercel tells it, to refuse one under sanctions; it keeps it nowhere.
your wallets' public data
to make your scorecard, our server reads each wallet's public history from hyperliquid's api and the hyperevm explorer and rpc, afresh for your order (those services see which wallets the server asks about; your browser never contacts them), keeps it in our database, and computes your scorecard's figures from it. it keeps no copy of those services' answers anywhere else. once your scorecard is stored, we delete all of that: the wallets' records, fills, funding, hyperevm transactions and figures, whatever our own checks kept of their links to other wallets, and any copy of those services' answers about them its server holds from an earlier read, but for a wallet another order still in progress includes, whose data goes once no order in progress includes it. if your order ends without a scorecard (refunded, as it could not be delivered), what was read for it goes the same way, and so does what is read of a wallet your order no longer includes once a person corrects its list, whenever it is read. your scorecard keeps the figures it shows.
what we do not keep
there is no account, no cookie, no analytics service and no tracking script: farmhealth's pages run no script but the aster page's own. the free tools keep nothing you enter: the ev panel works out its answer and stores nothing, the claim link checker reads a link on the server without opening it and keeps it nowhere (a log line may name its domain and its verdict), and the aster page's tax log runs in your browser and is never sent anywhere.
counts
the server counts page views and checkouts in aggregate, and keeps nothing about the visitor. we keep at most totals of our own, by day: how often each public page is viewed, how often a plan's wallet form is posted (valid, or why not: never the wallets in it), how many checkouts are started, and how many wallet sets are paid for, by their number of wallets. nothing of who did it is kept with them: no wallet, email, ip address, cookie or browser detail. to count each checkout once, it keeps no more than a one-way digest of stripe's id for the checkout, for 35 days.
logs
vercel, which hosts farmhealth, logs each request with the ip address it came from, under vercel's own terms. to slow down abuse, the checkout, the claim link checker and the ev panel's wallet lookup (where it is offered) count each ip address's recent requests in the server's memory, and store none of them. the server that makes scorecards keeps a log of its runs, which can name a wallet when a read of it fails, and makes each scorecard in a working directory it deletes as the run ends (one it cannot delete, it logs, for a person to delete).
what we delete, we delete from our database as it runs: a backup of the database that its host keeps holds what the database held when it was made, until that backup expires, under the host's own terms.
seeing or deleting it. to see what we keep of your order, or to have it deleted before its 35 days are up, write to admin@impossiblelabs.ai from the email you paid with, or naming it and your order reference. we answer within 30 days, and delete it (an order not delivered yet is refunded first).
a wallet someone else entered. if you control a wallet that someone else bought a report of, write to admin@impossiblelabs.ai naming it: once we have checked your request, we delete that report and what we keep of the wallet. we never ask you to connect a wallet or sign anything for it.
who handles it for us. stripe takes your payment; vercel hosts the site and its logs; our database host keeps the database; and todoist holds our own alerts, which name an order's number and why it needs us, and nothing of yours.
do-not-track. farmhealth tracks no one (no cookie, no analytics service, no tracking script), so a browser's do-not-track signal changes nothing here.
effective 2026-10-26. a change to these terms or this notice is posted on this page, with its new date.
